		<description>Of course, I have the flip side to this story. There are a small percentage of people that can’t use anything but the “reply all” button when it&#039;s obvious that the hateful and derogatory comments in the reply were certainly not meant for the other recipients. I&#039;ve seen the carnage this can cause and the immediate back stepping that people do to save face in this type of situation. Imagine wanting to reply to one of your co-workers/friends to discuss the inability for the original sender to grasp basic concepts of reality only to send the note to the entire company.  Now that’s scary! I think the true message is take just a moment to decide the right steps for each situation. Easier said than done.</description>
