I made an announcement regarding the launch of 360matches.com on February 29. Since then, I’ve had 17 people join and start contributing to matches, game reviews, game guides, forums, and their own personal member blogs. I’ve been primarily promoting the site through my motto and word of mouth on Xbox Live. I put a lot of work into search engine optimization for the site, but it simply takes time to get indexed by the majors. The good news is that after 3 weeks, I now have 106 pages indexed in Google. Up until about a week ago, I only had 16 pages indexed. The site has received 152 visits and 1,629 page views in the last 7 days. It’s been fun watching the site grow little by little over the last few weeks. It remains to be seen if it will really take off, but I’m enjoying myself all the same.
